18 HOLES (Coming Soon)

Reserve our 18 hole course and get a full-size mini golf course at your next event! Each hole is designed to present your guests with a different challenge as they navigate their way through all the holes. To comfortably accommodate our 18 hole setup, you’ll need a minimum of 1,350 square feet.

ADD AN ATTENDANT

Add on a course attendant to your rental to help keep the course tidy, reset putters and golf balls on the rack, and make sure all your guests are having a fun, safe, and awesome time. For events or parties having over 75 people in attendance, an attendant will be required for the duration of the event.

  • What areas do you serve?

    We’re available for events 365 days a year, including holidays. We serve the greater Tampa Bay area and surrounding counties including Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, and Pasco. For multiple-day rentals, we are open to further deliveries, however, please contact us first so we can discuss your exact needs.

  • Can you set up indoors or outdoors?

    Our mini golf courses can be set up either indoors or outdoors. Wherever you choose for us to set up your course, we do need a relatively flat area such as a parking lot, grass field, courtyard, or ballroom for the best experience.

  • How much space do we need for the course?

    To set up the courses comfortably, we recommend you have this much room:

  • What types of events will you set up at?

    Everyone loves mini golf! Chippy’s Mini Golf is great for all kinds of events including kids and adult birthday parties, holiday parties, weddings, picnics, churches, school carnivals, fairs, festivals, fundraisers, corporate events and more.

  • Are the holes all different from one another?

    Yes, each hole has different challenges, elevations, layouts, and obstacles designed to make a unique challenge on every hole.

  • Is an attendant included with the rental?

    No, an attendant is not included. You can add a course attendant to your rental to help keep the course tidy, reset putters and golf balls on the rack, and make sure all your guests are having a fun, safe, and awesome time. For events or parties having over 75 people in attendance, an attendant will be required for the duration of the event.

  • What type of access is needed to setup the course?

    The course can fit through a standard 36 inch wide door, but a larger door is helpful. Because of the size of the individual holes, we need adequate space to maneuver. If you have any questions prior to booking, reach out to us and we can talk through the feasibility of your space and event!

  • How long does it take to set up and tear down?

    This depends on how easy the access is from our truck to the setup area. Typically, it takes 15-30 minutes for setup and about the same amount of time for teardown.

  • What is your rain policy?

    We get it, weather can change quickly in Florida. If threatening weather does cause you to cancel your event, we require a minimum two-hour notice in order to reschedule your rental at no charge. If the event is not rescheduled prior to the two-hour notice, there will be an additional 15% rescheduling fee.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    At the time of your reservation, we collect 100% of the rental fee. Here’s how cancellations work:

    • You cancel more than 45 days out from your event – 100% refund
    • You cancel 30-45 days out from your event – 75% refund
    • You cancel 15-30 days out from your event – 50% refund
    • You cancel less than 15 days from your event – 25% refund
  • Is there a delivery charge?

    No, delivery is included in the rental fee!

  • What comes with each rental?

    Each mini golf course rental comes with signage for each hole along with a putter rack to hold putters, golf balls, scorecards, and pencils to keep everything organized!

  • When can you set up and take down?

    We’ll set up and take down anytime between 8am to 10pm. For late night events, we’ll likely come back the next day to tear down and pack up. For long-term installs out of our normal hours, shoot us an email!

  • Do you have discounts for additional days?

    Yes we do! Day 1, no matter the course selection, is always full price but additional days can be added on at a 30% discount, for those days only.

  • How soon can I schedule/reserve with Chippys?

    If your desired rental date is within the next 30 days, please call us before booking just to confirm last-minute details.

Choose between our 6, 9, and 18 hole course and reserve your date. Leading up to your event, we’ll coordinate to make sure it’s set up exactly where you want it.

We deliver & set up the course

We’ll deliver the course prior to your event and set up the entire course. That includes signage for each hole plus the putter rack with clubs, balls, scorecards, and pencils.

You and your guests get to enjoy one of the most unique experiences at any private event! Don’t worry about take down – we’ll be back after your event to pack up.
